Laurie is currently the Director of Client Services and Training at National Advisors Trust. She holds a B.A. in International Business and a B.A. in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and Management. She began her experience and knowledge in the industry working as the Interim Executive Director for Missouri Family Trust. At MFT, she managed the set-up and maintenance of over 300 trust accounts for individuals with developmental disabilities. Since the company relocation in January 2002, Laurie has been with National Advisors Trust managing Client Services. Laurie also serves as the Management Rep for our Quality Management System, which is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, an international measurement of quality systems and processes. This quality management system is centered around continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization and Laurie is responsible for the oversight of this system. |
