Rolena started with National Advisors Trust to take over fee processing and distributions on September 15, 2003. Rolena previously worked for 18 ½ years at UMB Bank. Ten of those years, she was responsible for calculating fees manually and with the OmniES system, reviewing posted fee payments for errors, creating reports of paid and unpaid fees for management and researching billing inquires then making adjustments as needed. Rolena has one daughter, Amber, who just turned 14. She has taught Sunday school for 12 years to 2, 3 and 4 year olds which has been quite challenging and rewarding. It also gives “understanding English” a whole new meaning. |
