Thomas R. Linhoff, J.D., is Senior Vice President, Trust and Custody Administration with National Advisors Trust Company. In addition to practicing law for 5 years, Tom has over 20 years trust experience with large regional banks in the Kansas City area. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of UMB Bank with twelve years of supervisory and administrative trust experience. His duties included: personal trust administration, custody administration, trust real estate, and probate. At UMB Bank, Tom was responsible for supervising a trust administrative group consisting of trust administrative officers and associated support staff. In addition to normal supervisory matters, he reviewed and approved staff recommendations regarding discretionary decisions in accounts as necessary, and conducted annual administrative and investment reviews for document and policy compliance. At the account level, he personally administered a variety of trusts, as well as, probate, custodial, foundation, and other forms of charitable accounts. Total account market values under his personal administration exceeded $1 billion. Tom graduated from St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota, with a B.A. in Government in 1969, and the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law with a J.D. degree in December, 1972. |
