Mary is Chief Financial Officer as well as Human Resources Officer of National Advisors Trust and National Advisors Holdings, Inc. She has been associated with National Adviosrs since October 2006. Mary is responsible for the oversight of the accounting, financial reporting and outside audit functions as well as the administration of employee benefits and other human resource functions. She has primary responsibility as coordinator of all outside audit engagements, including financial audit, SAS 70 examination and Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, she works with the outside regulators for the annual examination.
Before joining National Advisors Mary worksd as Controller for Gemaco, Inc. in Blue Springs, Missouri. Gemaco is a privately held manufacturing concern and her responsibities included management of the accoutning and reporting functions. Mary has also held similar positions with a 20 attorney law firm and a private venture capital firm, both located in Houston, Texas.
Mary is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, Missouri and Kansas. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Accounting, from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
Mary lives in Lee's Summit, Missouri with her husband, Gary and their two dogs. |
